Mindful Walking

The wonder of leisurely walking especially in the morning is highlighted with unexpected oasis of contemplative scenery such as this one (photo). Gazing at it for several minutes – longer than 15 minutes is my idea of meditation outdoors.

My guide however is getting fidgety and most probably wondering what it’s that is taking me for so long  just gazing at the stone on the river. Or perhaps he is thinking of the long beach trek still ahead of us and this is no time for me to be on the slow motion mode.
